Our wise government has promoted some of the Vision 2030 objectives through world-class projects that include challenges on various fronts, including legal ones. These projects include NEOM, Qiddiya, The Red Sea, The Line, and others.

To address this, the project leaders have engaged top experts to ensure compliance with international standards in every aspect. This guarantees the establishment and progress of these projects without interruption, while also ensuring that Saudi Arabia and its projects are presented internationally and to global organizations in a way that reflects the development of internal regulations to align with international standards, such as environmental regulations (ESG) and other regulations related to Vision 2030 projects.  We are proud contribute to this journey through our legal expertise, which includes:

• Providing legal review for an ESG policy for a listed company to comply with the infrastructure requirements of the NEOM projects.

• Completing the acquisition for a client in the agricultural sector, in compliance with ESG regulations and food security, to produce key crops. The value of this acquisition exceeded SAR 100 million.

• Completing the acquisition of a mining company for a value of SAR 20 million.

• Representing a major hospitality company with a capital of SAR 100 million in a partnership agreement with a company owned by the Public Investment Fund to implement a project on the Red Sea coast.

• Drafting a partnership agreement for a client with a subsidiary of The Red Sea Company to establish a hotel infrastructure project based on global standards and FIDIC contract provisions.
